The short version
Focus Nudgr does not collect, share or sell any personal information. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code in the app.
What the app stores, and where
To work, the app keeps a few things on your device only:
- your settings (check-in timing, buzz or sound strength, and similar choices);
- today's star count and your custom round times;
- a history of focus rounds and check-in answers, kept for future progress features.
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
iPhone and Apple Watch
If you use the app on both an iPhone and an Apple Watch, the current session (time left, round, pause state and check-in answers) is sent directly between those two devices using Apple's WatchConnectivity. It does not pass through any server we operate.
Notifications
On iPhone and iPad, the app can schedule local notifications for check-ins and breaks. These are created on the device and are not sent through any server.
Children
Focus Nudgr is designed for children. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13.
